Episode 1: The
Girl Who Overslept
January 13, 2004
ANNA IS
BANISHED
The prospect of appearing nude turned out to be the Achilles Heel
for the first model to be eliminated on the season premiere of
AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL.
Anna, the 24-year-old housewife and
mother from LaGrange, Georgia, chose not to appear in the first
photo shoot covered only by jewels and body paint. Even though
Jenascia, the 21-year-old waitress
from Burien, Washington, was over two hours late for the shoot, the
panel of judges could not overlook Anna's attitude and refusal to
participate in the first shoot and eliminated her from the show.

Bee
January 20, 2004
TENSIONS ARISE AS BETHANY SAYS HER GOODBYES
It was a tense week in the
apartment as
Yoanna, the 23-year-old babysitter
from Jacksonville, Florida, and
Camille, the 25-year-old student
from Mamaroneck, New York, clashed again and again over each other's
personalities. After a do-it-yourself photo shoot, the judges felt
that
Bethany, the 22-year-old waitress
from Houston, Texas, did not adjust her pose and positioning enough
after numerous critiques, and decided to send her home.

Episode 3: The Girl Who Can Cry at the Drop of a Hat
January 27, 2004
HEATHER IS TRASHED
After a week of extreme makeovers, girls passing out, tears by the
bucketful and fears being faced, it is homesick
Heather, the 18-year-old customer
service representative from Moreno Valley, California, who is cut
from AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. Even though
Xiomara, the 25-year-old bartender
from Morganville, New Jersey, let the attention showered on another
girl ruin her photo shoot, it was Heather's youthful "teen" look
combined with her lack of intensity on photo shoots that got her
booted from the show.

Episode 4: The Girl Who Needs Six Months of Modeling School
February 3, 2004
JENASCIA COMES UP SHORT
For the AMERICA'S NEXT TOP
MODEL finalists, it was a week of learning about themselves and
finding their styles, as well as how to radiate confidence no matter
what they may be wearing. After some flattering and alternately
harsh critiques from the judges, it was Jenascia, the 21-year-old
waitress from Burien, Washington, who was let go because she was not
able to compensate for her height with a little "something extra."

Episode 5: The Girl Who Is a Visual Orgasm
February 10, 2004
XIOMARA IS SUNK
This week the girls are
taken to a personality coach and an intuitive advisor to learn how
to capture the charisma so important to becoming a top model.
Although Xiomara, the 25-year-old bartender from Morganville, New
Jersey, possesses great charisma in real life, it doesn't translate
to her photos, including this week's underwater photo shoot. Because
of that, the judges choose to cut Xiomara from the competition.
